Slow Cooker Seafood Stir Fry Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 7.25-ounce udon noodles, beef flavor
  • 1/2 lb Wild Gulf Shrimp (2 packs)
  • 1/4 lb Wild Sea Scallops (1 pack)
  • 6 cups homemade or low-sodium broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Optional garnish: sprouts, red chili flakes, jalapeno

Order Ingredients Powered by Chicory

 

Preparation Instructions:

Add all ingredients EXCEPT noodles, shrimp and scallops to the slow cooker.

Stir to mix well.

Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.

Add udon noodles, shrimp & scallops.

Cook HIGH additional 10-15 minutes or until seafood is done.
