Balsamic Shrimp & Cherry Skewers

Serves: 1


A healthy and authentic shrimp dish, great for appetizers or even a full meal. It's both low calorie and packed with protein (great for athletes). It is of course best made with Sizzlefish Wild Gulf Shrimp, known for its flavor and quality.


  • 1 package SizzleFish Shrimp, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8th tsp onion powder
  • 1/8th tsp garlic powder
  • S&P, to taste


  1. Mix together balsamic vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, S&P
  2. Pat shrimp dry
  3. Alternate between shrimp and fresh cherries on skewers
  4. Heat grill to medium temperature
  5. Baste skewers with balsamic mixture and place on grill
  6. Cook until desired or about 3-5 minutes
  7. Flip and then cook an additional 3 minutes
  8. Serve as desired
