Slow Cooker Fish & Tomatoes


  • 1 lb Sizzlefish cod
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • ¼ cup low-sodium broth
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Cooking Directions:

Add broth, crushed tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to the bottom of slow cooker.

Add sliced onion & bell pepper and stir to mix well.

Season fish with your favorite seasoning (see blog post) and on top of mixture.

Cook HIGH 30 min=1.5 hours or LOW 1-3 hour.
