Slow Cooker Salmon With Lemon & Dill

Ingredients:

1-2 lb. salmon

2 garlic cloves, minced

Handful of fresh dill

1 lemon, sliced

Salt & pepper to taste

½ tsp ghee (optional)

 Method:

Line slow cooker with parchment paper.

Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh dill.

Lay salmon on top of parchment paper.

Top with lemon slices and ghee.

Cook HIGH 1-2 hours.

Lift parchment paper out of slow cooker to serve salmon.
