- 1-2 lb. salmon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Handful of fresh dill
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ tsp ghee (optional)
- Get Ingredients
- Line slow cooker with parchment paper.
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh dill.
- Lay salmon on top of parchment paper.
- Top with lemon slices and ghee.
- Cook HIGH 1-2 hours.
- Lift parchment paper out of slow cooker to serve salmon.
