Slow Cooker Salmon With Lemon & Dill


  • 1-2 lb. salmon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp ghee (optional)


  1. Get Ingredients
  2. Line slow cooker with parchment paper.
  3. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh dill.
  4. Lay salmon on top of parchment paper.
  5. Top with lemon slices and ghee.
  6. Cook HIGH 1-2 hours.
  7. Lift parchment paper out of slow cooker to serve salmon.
