Follow these simple steps to update, reschedule, or manage your subscription anytime.

Log Into Your Account

Visit our website and click the account icon in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password to access your customer dashboard.

Go to Manage Subscriptions

Once logged in, look for the "Manage Subscription" link in your account menu. Click it to view all your active subscriptions. In the subscription home page, you'll see your current plan details, upcoming delivery date, and all available management options.

Update Your Selections

To change your selections, click "Edit contents." You can change your frequency here as well. Once your selections have been updated, click "Save." This will save the selections for your next order.

Adjust the Date of Your Next Box

This is where you can manage the date for your next order. You can change or reschedule the delivery date, skip this order if you’d like, or choose to have your order sent right away.

Changes must be made before the order processes. The date listed is the day it will process, which does not necessarily mean the day it will ship.

Apply Discount Code


This is where you can apply a discount code. Click "Add discount," enter your code, and then click "Apply."

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my delivery frequency?

In your subscription settings, click "Change Frequency" and select your preferred delivery schedule. Options typically include weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

Can I skip my next delivery?

Yes! Go to your subscription page and click "Skip Next Order." You can skip as many deliveries as you need. Your subscription will automatically resume with the following scheduled delivery.

How do I change my shipping address?

Navigate to your subscription dashboard and select "Manage addresses." You can add a new address. Your new address will be used for all future subscription deliveries.

How do I update my payment method?

Navigate to your subscription dashboard and select "Manage payment methods." You can add a new card or select a different saved payment method. Your new payment info will be used for all future charges.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

We don’t currently offer a pause option. However, you can manage your deliveries by skipping or rescheduling your orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel, go to your subscription page and click "Cancel Subscription." We'll ask for feedback to help us improve. Any orders already processed will still ship as scheduled.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You'll be charged automatically based on your delivery frequency. We send an email reminder 3 days before each charge so you have time to make any changes.
