 Easy Orange Garlic & Herb Baked Cod


This gluten free recipe, featuring succulent Atlantic Cod from Sizzlefish, is one for the recipe book. Try a refreshing way to prepare cod with everyday ingredients you can find at home. The garlic and orange really compliment the texture and flavor of asparagus. A perfect low calorie, high protein dish for any occasion.


  • Sizzlefish Portion Atlantic Cod
  • ½ fresh orange (with skin)
  • ½ tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
  • Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place cod in a shallow baking dish. Cut open your orange and squeeze the juice over cod. Using a grater, grate some fresh orange zest over the top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash seasoning.  Bake for 20 minutes.
