Asian Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cook Time: 20 minutes 

Yield: 2 servings 


  • 2 slices Gluten Free bread 
  • 1 medium, ripe avocado 
  • 4 slices smoked salmon 
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds 
  • 1 tsp. coconut aminos 

How to Make It

  1. Remove the avocado from the flesh and add to a bowl. Mash the avocado with a spoon until smooth. 
  2. Toast the bread then spread the avocado on each slice. 
  3. Place 2 slices of smoked salmon on each slice.  
  4. Sprinkle each slice with sesame seeds and drizzle with coconut aminos
