For those who find cooking fish daunting, the Honey Sriracha Salmon is an ideal confidence builder. It ensures that the salmon stays moist, thanks to the glaze, and that it doesn't dry out, given the short cooking time. Cooking the salmon skin-side down also helps keep the salmon together and makes the fillets easier to handle for a perfect presentation.
Why This Honey Sriracha Salmon Recipe Works
This salmon recipe works because it's a perfect balance of flavor, texture, and technique. The salmon is robust enough to handle a strong glaze, and the honey sriracha mixture sears well and doesn't burn. Cooking the salmon with the skin down ensures that the skin gets crispy while also protecting the inside from drying out. The end product is a salmon dish that is sweet, spicy, and perfectly cooked every time.
