Looking for a great new appetizer for your next get together or sporting event with friends? Take this awesome salmon dip! The base is Greek yogurt, packing extra protein alongside the Sizzlefish salmon. Try it out with your favorite seasonings and garnish it with scallion for wonderful presentation.
Ingredients
- 1 container Elli Quark (or greek yogurt)

1/3 cup mayo (or more greek yogurt)

2-3 pieces cooked SizzleFish Sockeye Salmon, flaked
- Flavor God Everything Spicy Seasoning
Directions
Cook the salmon completely and allow it to cool slightly. Flake the salmon into small pieces using a fork.
Add the Greek yogurt (or quark) and mayonnaise to a medium mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold the flaked salmon into the yogurt mixture until evenly combined.
Sprinkle in the spicy seasoning blend to taste and mix well.
Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if desired for extra heat or flavor.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced scallions or green onions.
Serve chilled or slightly cool with crackers, toasted bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
