Ingredients

1-2 cups lettuce of choice

1/4 avocado

2oz SizzleFish Scallops

1 slice bacon
-
2 oz beef tenderloin
-
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
-
balsamic vinegar, or dressing of choice
Directions
Grill beef tenderloin and scallops until desired doneness
Cook bacon in a pan until crispy
Allow to cool and then crumble
Top butter lettuce with grilled proteins, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, and crumbled bacon
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or dressing of choice
