A Bowl of Comfort: Shrimp Ramen Noodles
Immerse yourself in a bowl of our shrimp ramen, where tender colossal shrimp meets a savory broth, seasoned vegetables, and authentic ramen noodles. A harmony of flavors that are perfect for those cool evenings!
Dive Into The World Of Ramen Noodles
Originating from China but now a staple in Japanese cuisine, ramen noodles are not just noodles. Made with kansui, these noodles range from thin and straight to thick and curly, offering a unique texture and flavor to every bowl. And guess what? They're the perfect bed for our delicious toppings!
The Star Ingredient: Colossal Shrimp
Our shrimp are not just any shrimp. Sourced from the pristine waters of the Gulf of California, each colossal shrimp promises a bite of the ocean – sweet, tender, and juicy. Not only do they taste amazing, but they also come packed with health benefits!
Shrimp Lingo 101
When we say "colossal," we mean less than 15 shrimp per pound! Here's a quick guide to understanding shrimp sizes:
- Super Jumbo: 16-20ct per pound
- Jumbo: 21-25ct per pound
- Large: 26/30ct per pound
Whatever the size, at Sizzlefish, every shrimp promises unmatched quality and flavor.
Got Questions? We've Got Answers!
- What makes ramen different from regular noodles?
- It's all about the kansui! This alkaline mineral water gives ramen its distinct texture and flavor.
- Can I add other seafood to this dish?
- Sure! While colossal shrimp brings a unique taste, feel free to throw in some clams, mussels, or even chunks of fish.
Make It Your Own
Ramen is all about customization. Whether you're a fan of mushrooms or crave more greens, there's room for everything in a ramen bowl! Here are some ingredients you can play around with:
- Vegetables: Radishes, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and more!
- Protein: Besides shrimp, you can add tofu, chicken, or even beef slices.
- Herbs: Swap out cilantro for basil or mint for a refreshing twist.
Perfect Pairings
While our Shrimp Ramen is a meal in itself, you can always complement it with some crispy spring rolls, a fresh salad, or a glass of white wine to elevate your dining experience.
