Surf N Turf Burger

Descriptions

The surf n turf shrimp burger is a great family friendly recipe that adds seafood and another healthy twist to the classic American cheeseburger. This recipe is great for anyone that likes burgers, shrimp or both. It is a healthy dish that can be enjoyed by all.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (1/2 lb) or 2 packages SizzleFish shrimp
  • 12 oz ground 5280meat beef
  • 4 oz 5280meat chorizo
  • 4 rolls
  • 2 oz brie
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • chipotle seasoning, to taste
  • lime juice, to taste

Preparation Instructions:

1. Combine ground beef and chorizo to make a burger patty
2. Grill until desired doneness
3. Top with brie and melt
4. Season shrimp with chipotle seasoning
5. Grill until pink
6. Mash raspberries with a squeeze of lime juice
7. Spread raspberries onto roll
8. Top with burger
9. Place shrimp on top of burger
10. Serve with a garden salad
