Spicy Dipped Sablefish
Ingredients:
- 1 piece SizzleFish Sablefish (~3.5oz with skin removed)
- 1 tbs Quest Nutrition All Purpose Protein*
- 2-3 tsp Flavor God Everything Spicy seasoning
- water, as needed
- *can sub any unflavored protein, if necessary
Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Remove skin from Sable Fish
- Mix together Quest All Purpose Protein and Flavor God Seasoning
- Add water until a 'batter' like consistency forms
- Dip fish in batter
- Bake for ~15 minutes or until flaky
- Serve with steamed veggies on the side
