Spicy Dipped Sablefish

Spicy Dipped Sablefish


  • 1 piece SizzleFish Sablefish (~3.5oz with skin removed)
  • 1 tbs Quest Nutrition All Purpose Protein*
  • 2-3 tsp Flavor God Everything Spicy seasoning
  • water, as needed
  • *can sub any unflavored protein, if necessary

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Remove skin from Sable Fish
  3. Mix together Quest All Purpose Protein and Flavor God Seasoning
  4. Add water until a 'batter' like consistency forms
  5. Dip fish in batter
  6. Bake for ~15 minutes or until flaky
  7. Serve with steamed veggies on the side
