Take this Sizzlefish wild sockeye salmon and take up it a notch in the kitchen tonight. The wonderful, sweet flavor of apples paired with the tartness of the mustard gives it the perfect balanced profile. Low carb and gluten free, it is sure to please a crowd. Pair with a power green salad and your favorite side.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place your salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil.
In a small bowl, combine apple butter, honey and Dijon mustard. Brush mixture over the fish.Bake for 16-17 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
