Cajun Salmon & Brussels Sprouts Frittata

Serves: 1


  • 2 large eggs
  • 2oz cooked SizzleFish Coho Salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 cup shaved Brussels sprouts
  • splash milk
  • 1tsp Cajun seasoning (add more or less as desired)
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Spray 4in ramekin with non stick spray
  3. Whisk together egg, milk and seasoning
  4. Mix in salmon and Brussels sprouts
  5. Pour into pan
  6. Bake for ~ 15-20 minutes or until set
  7. Serve with fresh fruit or a garden salad
