Chili Rubbed Sockeye Salmon with Strawberry Kiwi Salsa

Ingredients:

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Season your sockeye salmon filet with chili powder
  2. Sprinkle with salt, if desired
  3. Place on a preheated grill for about 8-10 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached
  4. While salmon is cooking, toss together strawberries and kiwi (add in any sweetener such as honey, if desired)
  5. When salmon is done, top with diced fresh fruit
  6. Enjoy!
