Herb Roasted Salmon


  • 2  salmon fillets (4-6 ounces each)
  • minced garlic - 1 tsp
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill 
  • dash of sea salt and black pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon in a foiled or oiled baking sheet with the skin side down. 

2. Mix your remaining ingredients and evenly spread over salmon. Roast 15-18 minutes or until desired flesh is light pink/done.
