Salmon, Broccoli & Sundried Tomato Pasta

Serves: 8 (main dishes) or 16 (sides)


  • 1lb pasta
  • 1lb SizzleFish Coho Salmon, cooked
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped (not packed in oil)
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • Italian Season, Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. Add broccoli to pasta water during last 4 minutes of cooking
  3. While pasta is cooking, flake salmon
  4. Drain pasta and broccoli
  5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  6. Toss until ghee is melted and evenly coated
  7. Serve!

This tastes great hot or as a cold pasta salad!
