Curry Shrimp

Description:

On your next curry craving day, try out Sizzlefish shrimp and find out just how easy and delicious they are! Simply thaw them out while you are preparing your curry and cook them up towards the end to add for a protein packed meal. Add a pinch of curry powder to your shrimp to help compliment the flavors throughout each bite!

Ingredients:

  • 2 portions Sizzlefish shrimp, thawed
  • ½ cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon masala
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker or on stove, according to package directions.
  2. Combine curry through milk in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  3. While cooking, saute shrimp and peppers over medium to medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add curry milk mixture to shrimp mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Mix in rice and serve hot!!
