Garlic Butter Shrimp & 'Pasta'

Serves 2:


  • 2 packages (1/2 lb) SizzleFish Shrimp
  • 2 tbs ghee
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • cracked black pepper
  • butternut squash*
  • pasta of choice*


  1. Spiralize or peel your butternut squash into 'pasta' strands
  2. Add ghee and garlic to a nonstick pan
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until garlic becomes fragrant
  4. Add in shrimp
  5. Cook until shrimp become opaque
  6. Remove shrimp
  7. Add squash noodles to pan
  8. Cook for 60-90 seconds
  9. Remove squash from pan and divide between 2 dishes
  10. Top with shrimp
  11. Finish off by drizzling remaining garlic butter sauce over each plate and sprinkle with cracked black pepper

*you can sub the butternut squash for any pasta you desire
