Garlic Butter Shrimp & 'Pasta'
Serves 2:
Ingredients
- 2 packages (1/2 lb) SizzleFish Shrimp
- 2 tbs ghee
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- cracked black pepper
- butternut squash*
- pasta of choice*
Method
- Spiralize or peel your butternut squash into 'pasta' strands
- Add ghee and garlic to a nonstick pan
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until garlic becomes fragrant
- Add in shrimp
- Cook until shrimp become opaque
- Remove shrimp
- Add squash noodles to pan
- Cook for 60-90 seconds
- Remove squash from pan and divide between 2 dishes
- Top with shrimp
- Finish off by drizzling remaining garlic butter sauce over each plate and sprinkle with cracked black pepper
*you can sub the butternut squash for any pasta you desire
