Garlic Butter Shrimp with Pasta is a quick, easy shrimp recipe the whole family will love. It is also both gluten-free and high in protein. Of course, it is best when prepared with Sizzlefish Wild Gulf Shrimp.
Ingredients

2 packages (1/2 lb) SizzleFish Shrimp
-
2 tbs ghee
-
1 tsp garlic, minced
-
cracked black pepper
-
butternut squash*
-
pasta of choice*
Directions
Spiralize or peel your butternut squash into 'pasta' strands
Add ghee and garlic to a nonstick pan
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until garlic becomes fragrant
Add in shrimp
Cook until the shrimp become opaque
Remove shrimp
Add squash noodles to the pan
Cook for 60-90 seconds
Remove squash from pan and divide between 2 dishes
Top with shrimp
Finish off by drizzling remaining garlic butter sauce over each plate and sprinkling with cracked black pepper
