Alaska halibut is a naturally lean fish that cooks up white, flaky and loaded with a healthy dose of protein, vitamins and minerals.

The combination of garlic, parmesan cheese, fresh bread crumbs, and zest of lemon are the perfect amount of salty zesty crunch. We love when we can get through the hustle and bustle of a busy day to have a delicious family meal that doesn’t take forever to get on the table. Simply placing the bread and parmesan cheese in the food processor together then blitzing it to a fine crumb makes for a super easy, delicious combination with less hassle. We pared it with a deliciously fresh bed of mixed greens to make life even easier. We absolutely love how the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs melt just enough around the halibut fillets to give you some extra crispy cheesy bits to use for more crunch on your salad.
