Foil Packet Citrus & Brown Butter Sable Fish

Serves: 2


2 pieces SizzleFish Sable Fish
2 tsp brown butter
small squeeze of fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice and fresh grapefruit juice
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Get 2 pieces of tin foil large enough to create a tent around your fish
  3. Place fish in the center of each piece of foil
  4. Whisk together melted brown butter, citrus, garlic powder and salt/pepper
  5. Divide evenly between each piece of fish
  6. Create a tent over each piece of fish with the foil, sealing gently at the top (Allow a small space for heat to escape)
  7. Place packets on a baking sheet
  8. 8. Bake for ~18 minutes or until desired doneness
