Lemon Curry Haddock

Lemon Curry Haddock


  • 2 pieces haddock
  • 1 tablespoon lemon curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except fish) in a small bowl. Place haddock on aluminum foil and pour sauce over fish. Allow fish to marinate while you pre-heat the grill to 400 degrees.
Place aluminum foil with sauce covered fish directly onto pre-heated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is opaque.
