A pair of kitchen scissors makes it easy to prepare the lobster tails without any fuss and we've included step-by-step instructions for how to do so.

Here at Sizzlefish, our Maine lobster is caught off the pristine cold waters of New England. The tails arrive frozen in portions of 2 (5-6 ounce) lobster tails. You’ll love their sweet, mild flavor that lends itself to being added to your favorite recipes.
Ingredients

2 Lobster Tails
5 tablespoons Garlic Herb Butter
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Onion Powder
2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley. Divide the mixture and set aside ½ for serving.
Carefully cut the top (shell) of the lobster tail in half lengthwise, cutting just the shell and not the meat beneath stopping just before the tail fins.
Flip the lobster tail over and slip your fingers underneath the meat to pull it out in one piece.
Turn back over the shell side up, and carefully lift the meat up out of the shell and place over the top leaving the end meat intact.
Place the lobster onto a wire rack and season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika for color. brush the meat of the lobster tail with half of the butter mixture.
Sprinkle the top of the lobster tails with salt. Hand brushing butter onto raw lobster tails
Bake for 10 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and at least 135ºF internally.
Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining butter.
