Here is his EASY salmon method and SECRET ingredient…shhhh do NOT tell him I’m spilling:
»> drizzle salmon with extra virgin olive oil, season with a little salt and pepper, and a sprinkle of, wait for it…c i n n a m o n. I’m telling you it is crazy good! Bake it skin side down on 450 for 10-12 minutes.
Hint :: You will know it is done when you start to see the fat, it looks like white juice bubbling out of the fish. «<
