Description Of How To Get The Best Flavor!
After searing the snapper, the Cajun cream sauce is prepared by sautéing garlic in butter until fragrant. Next, the cream cheese, tomatoes, and chicken stock are added. Once the cream cheese melts, the sauce will thicken slightly and turn velvety smooth. Return the snapper to the pan and heat for a couple minutes longer. Spoon the sauce over snapper to envelope it in the flavors. Top with parsley and enjoy hot!
