Grilled Walleye with Citrus Butter Sauce
Grilled walleye with citrus butter sauce is a light and restaurant-quality seafood dish that is surprisingly easy to prepare at home. Walleye is a mild white fish that is flaky and cooks quickly. It is one of the best fish to use when you want to add citrus to your dish. The citrus pairs well with the walleye, and when grilled, the fish develops a smoky and charred taste.
This recipe is perfect for warm-weather dinners, date nights, or any time you want a quick but impressive seafood meal.

Storing and Reheating
Storing: Leftover walleye should be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
Reheating: Walleye should be reheated gently in a skillet over low heat or in the oven at 300-325°F, while avoiding microwaving, which dries out the fish.
