Keto Mediterranean Baked Sablefish with Olives and Zucchini Noodles

Sablefish baked in extra virgin olive oil and olives. Made with healthy fat with a side of low carb, spiralized zucchini noodles. An easy, Keto weeknight meal!


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 2 servings



  • 2 sablefish filets, thawed
  • 1 zucchini, spiralized
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ cup mixed olives, pitted
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


How to Make It

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. To a small baking pan, add the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Stir together.
  3. Place the sablefish in the pool of oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and red pepper flakes. Add the mixed olives around the fish.
  4. Bake at 350 F 20 minutes then remove from the oven.
  5. Remove the fish from the pan then add the zucchini noodles. Toss to coat with the oil.
  6. Serve the zucchini noodles with the fish and olives immediately.
