These cilantro pan-seared scallops are a bright, flavorful twist on a classic seafood favorite. Perfectly caramelized on the outside and tender on the inside, the scallops are seared to golden perfection, then finished with a fresh, herbaceous cilantro sauce that adds a burst of citrusy vibrance. Hints of garlic, lime, and butter enhance the natural sweetness of the scallops, creating a beautifully balanced dish that feels both elegant and approachable. Whether served over rice, alongside roasted vegetables, or on their own, this recipe delivers a restaurant-quality experience in just minutes.
