The new year signifies new beginnings. For most people, one of those new beginnings is a healthier way of eating after a holiday season of indulgence! Yes, despite being surrounded by fish we still had our fair share of holiday cookies and glasses of wine! But, now that the 2017 year is here we, like most of you, are ready to get back on track!

Oh my, such a beautiful collection of healthy goodness from the sea! I’m starting off with the Scallop and Tenderloin Cobb Salad and hitting the Fire Roasted Shrimp Tacos after that. Great inspiration for the new year!
